Gift Vouchers Update
All gift vouchers purchased last year are automatically extended for Six months for the "duration" we were in lockdown 1/2/& 3 this is the time that Government restrictions are preventing us to operate.
Example: Voucher expires 23/12/20 now is extended to 23/4/21

We are doing all that we can to reduce any risks of spreading COVID-19.
We are located in a rural park outside of Plymouth with very limited interaction with anyone other than your group and the Segway instructor.
Cann woods is one of the least busiest Forestry England sites which is why we picked it for our Segway Tours when we started.
This will change in the future with government guidanceFollowing guidance, Inline with the new Government rules from the 31/12/20
We have implemented certain measures to make our site as covid secure as possible.
1. Rule of six per household
2. Social distancing to be observed at all times on-site including other forest users ie dog walkers/cyclists
3. Contactless payment only no cash – or online booking
4. We are also disinfecting ALL Segway handlebars/grips as well as all helmets after each group will be left for 48 hours.
5. Hand sanitiser is provided for all of our customers.
We have limited disposable face masks and gloves should you want them during your session. During the Segway tour customers have always been told to be 3 m apart so that goes over and beyond the social distancing measures recommended by the government guidance.
The Segway instructor will observe social distancing of 1 m throughout the whole experience except for the initial training sequence where they will be required to wear a 3ply surgical mask. This task involves a brief period of holding onto the Segway machine when the customer first steps on it. This should be no longer than 30 seconds.
WHAT IF I HAVE A SESSION BOOKED BUT AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?
In the event that you have a session booked, but are unable to come due to COVID-19, you will have the option of keeping your booking open for another time, swapping for a voucher or you can receive a full refund. If you are on holiday,
We strongly recommend waiting to book any sessions until you arrive in the area.
CAN I USE MY OWN HELMET?
Absolutely! And we encourage you to do so, If you do have your own helmets, we recommend you use these instead of our own.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE SYMPTOMS, BUT FEEL OKAY?
If you have ANY symptoms at all, we kindly ask that you and your family follow government guidelines and stay at home to self isolate.
