Fantastic couple of hours spent with Paul and the team at Cann Wood today. Great at tailoring the training to individual needs and a really good tour around a lovely setting. If you also like a bit of competition you get the chance to do a time trail at the end. All in all great value for money and a great few hours out to enjoy yourselves. Many thanks to Paul and the team.

Two Wheel Fun In The Woods

We took our 2 sons for a birthday outing and had a great time. We were all a little apprehensive at first but you each get a one to one tutorial around a little course before venturing into the woods. Although you have to come down a steep slope and "Segway forest simulator" it is surprisingly easy to master the Segway and all of us got comfortable really quickly. Then a tour through the woods and just when you think it's all over there's a surprise Sprint Challenge which was great fun. The group was small and we had about 2 hours on the machines. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this to anyone. Don't be nervous - trust the machine

Segway birthday fun @ Cann Woods

We met Paul at Cann woods, which in itself is a beautiful setting, easy to park and signs easy to follow to the hut.
Paul took my two through their paces and delivered loads of safety information whilst on the Segway, straight into it!
They went on a fabulous trail through the woods, on tracks, up and down hills(small) and off roading too.
They came back full of their adventure asking to book up again....which we definitely will and so should you. Even in the drizzle, a fantastic afternoon of fun and a super friendly chap to make it all happen!

Great family afternoon at Segway Cann Woods

This is great fun. Four of us, two parents and our two sons ages 16 and 11 thought we would give this a go. We had a great time - would thoroughly recommend. Paul taught us how to use the Segways then it was off into the woods across a mix of terrain. We stopped at the top of a new route they are planning - Extreme Segway - can’t wait for that to open!

Everyone coped easily for first time segway users. Highlight was the race at the end won by my eldest son.

Thoroughly recommend.

Segway is the best way! Cann Woods Plymouth

Having enjoyed a few Segway tours at Haldon, we thought we'd give this new route a try and we were so glad we did! It's quite different and even more fun: A bit faster (if you want it to be...), more off trail and a fun race track at the end.

After a segway training session, we smiled all the way round the route; a beautiful woodland trail, with lots of great photo opportunities.

Easy to find location with details emailed after booking, free parking and friendly staff.

Top tip: bring gloves if it's a colder day.
